Sustainability: One of our top priorities at Taziki’s is to implement sustainable packaging. Layton discusses the challenges that come along with this and tips on how to overcome them. 

Customer Education: We pride ourselves on always being transparent with our customers at Taziki’s. This begins with our open kitchen concept and follows through by educating our guests on any changes that are headed their way and the effects it might have. 

Embracing Change: The Food & Beverage Industry is constantly evolving and Layton chats about how a company can successfully evolve without having to sacrifice the quality of a product. 

“The products themselves also change depending on what packaging they go in, so some recipes may have to be tweaked to ensure the items make it through transport and still delight the guest.”
