Staff Spotlight: Nick Bowen

Today we want you to meet Nick Bowen, one of our fearless Franchise Consultants. This year, Nick is celebrating being a part of Taziki’s family for TEN YEARS! Learn more about his passion for the hospitality industry and his “why” below.

Being at Taziki’s for 10 years, which menu item would you recommend to a first-time guest.  

The Mediterranean Salad with Salmon is one of my (and our customer’s) favorites. 

What's a fun fact about you that not many people know? 

I've seen the band Phish over 100 times. Phish is an incredible jam band and their shows are unique because of their creativity and innovations. 

 What's your favorite part about working on the Taziki’s Restaurant Support Team? 

Definitely, the people I work with. Our team truly feels like a work family! 

If you could impart your knowledge on future employees, what would be one piece of advice for them?

Empathy is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen a relationship. Understanding someone's point of view helps understand their emotions and actions.
