Staff Spotlight: Jose Quintanilla

Meet our Green Hills General Manager, Jose Quintanilla! Jose has been apart of the Nashville Taziki’s team since March of 2016 and during his time, has played an essential role in the growth of our Nashville market. Learn more about him and his story below.

1. What's your favorite menu item to recommend to a first-timer?

Our Pork Feast with Roasted Potatoes and a side Mediterranean salad. Another favorite (since you can’t just have one!) is the Chicken Kebob Feast with Basmati Rice!

2. What's a fun fact about you that not many people know?

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel from Miami to Minneapolis in a food truck! It was an amazing experience for me and my wife.

3. What's your favorite part about working at Taziki's?

The Taziki’s culture! Taziki's is a family and we are always developing someone, or being developed by someone. I'm always confident that my team, my colleagues, and supervisors have my back.

4. If you could impart your knowledge on future employees, what would be one piece of advice for them?

Always be better today than you were yesterday! Be more humble, more courageous, and give it your all!
