Charles
at Chace Lake

Introducing Charles at our Chace Lake location in Birmingham. To him, prioritizing details makes everything go smoother, because we know the specifics. The small details when done correctly lead to consistency. He says the consistency is why our guests come back time and time again. Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out with his family and watching some Auburn football - War Eagle!! His favorite thing to eat at Taziki’s? The Turkey Club Gyro.


 
 
 

Ashley
at Winterpock

Introducing- Ashley at our Winterpock location in Richmond! Ashley says that she enjoys prioritizing details because it allows her and the team to be set up and ready to go for the day. She said it helps make the overall environment better for the team and experience for the guests that much better. Ashley lives the good life by having fun no matter what. She says that “as long as you are having fun and are happy, that is how you live the good life”. Ashley, we couldn't agree more! Her menu item of choice is the Beef Sandwich!


 
 

Joaquin
at West End

Shouting out- Joaquin at our West End location in Nashville! Joaquin has been with Taziki’s for over 20 years! Joaquin knows that prioritizing details is what is best for the restaurant, the food, our training program, and most importantly, for the customers. He states that it is a top priority every day. Joaquin said he lives the good life by enjoying his work. He finds joy in coming to work and being with his work family, and feeding our customers! Joaqins favorite menu item? He said “everything!”.


 
 
 

Connie
at Kennesaw

Shoutout to Connie at our Kennesaw location in Atlanta! Connie says that our customers would not be so attracted to the food if we did not pay such close attention to the details. Connie loves making people happy, and she knows that through prioritizing the details in her work, she can do just that! Outside of Taziki’s, Connie lives the good life by spending time with her kids and cooking the native foods from her home country of Nicaragua. But, when at Taziki’s Connie’s favorite menu item is the Salmon Feast!


 
 
 

Josh
at Gateway

Meet Josh! He was pretty much a day one hire at the Gateway location in Arkansas. His role at the store is Front-of-house Shift Leader. 

"My favorite part about working at Taziki's is that I grew up on this genre of food. So being able to explain flavor profiles to the customers became natural to me quickly."

What drew him to Taziki's was the concept: fast casual dining with fresh products. He loves his like-minded coworkers who strive to put out the best product they can offer.

"I know anything on the menu will come out to the table perfectly fresh."
