Congratulations to our newest Manager of the Month, Blanca, from our Whitesburg store in Huntsville, Alabama! Throughout the past month, Blanca’s exceptional leadership has propelled her store to excel in all aspects of the business. Notably, Whitesburg has received positive guest feedback, demonstrating that exceptional hospitality has been extended to our guests.
Blanca has fostered a culture of knowledge and growth among her team by emphasizing the importance of QUEST, our training platform, as evidenced by the high participation rate in her store. Additionally, her store has experienced consistent growth, reflected in the year-over-year increase in sales. Congratulations to Blanca and her team on these outstanding achievements!

Blanca credits this award to her dedicated and hard-working team. She acknowledges that it's not easy to dedicate energy to the small details, but that mindfulness is crucial for the store's success. "Details" and "Challenge" are two areas of the Taziki’s Culture Compass (core values) that her team focuses on every day to achieve success. Receiving this award reminds Blanca and her team that their dedication to the details is worth it and pays off.
When asked what advice she would give a new manager, Blanca shared "you have to have the passion to perform well and manage a shift with excitement." Blanca says that over her 11-year career with Taziki’s, she has not lost her passion for working at Taziki’s and continues to learn something new every day.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Outside of her Taziki’s life, Blanca loves to spend time with her family, whether it's attending one of her children’s sporting events or doing something fun and spontaneous together. Blanca is so dedicated to the brand that she loves passing out Taziki’s complimentary vouchers to potential new guests in the community, inviting them to visit the store. She finds great joy when someone recognizes her and shares their wonderful experience dining at Taziki’s.
