Taziki’s is proud to announce our newest Manager of the Month, Espe Sanchez! Espe is the General Manager at our Liberty Park store, located in Birmingham, Alabama! Espe has nurtured a culture of learning and development within her team by prioritizing the utilization of QUEST, our training platform. Additionally, Liberty Park has received consistent high marks on guest satisfaction and feedback. Lastly, her store has consistently achieved growth, as evidenced by the year-over-year increase in sales. Kudos to Espe and her team for this remarkable achievement!
Espe notes that receiving this award motivates her to push for more. She acknowledges that there is always room for improvement, but this recognition serves as a gratifying testament to the team's hard work.

Espe shared that her advice for a new manager would be, “in order to run a well-rounded store, you must never stop learning.” Espe clearly embodies this passion to learn and grow, as it is reflected in her store’s QUEST training metrics.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
When she is not working at Taziki's, Espe “lives the good life” by spending time with her children. To her, nothing beats spending time together watching a movie curled up on the couch after eating a delicious meal!
