Meet Olivia Mulkin, co-owner of Taziki’s Texas! Olivia, and her husband JW both own and operate the Southlake and Plano locations in the Greater Dallas area. “I have always had a passion for the culinary industry and learning different types of cultural cuisines,” said Mulkin. “Being able to share my passion through our food truly makes me love what we do!”

Olivia loves to #livethegoodlife by trying other new restaurants, (when she is not enjoying her favorite Taziki’s Quinoa Bowl with Chicken Kebobs), spending time with JW and their two dogs, opening their home to friends, and exploring new places. The Mulkins also live out Eudaimonia in other ways, like serving non-profits in their community. One of their charities is the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Near and dear to their hearts not only because it is an incredible charity, but because their Southlake Catering Director, Tami Miocic was diagnosed at a young age. “Tami isn’t just a colleague, she’s family,” said Mulkin. “We wanted to show our support while helping the cause since she is such an advocate through her own story.”

Taziki’s Dallas also supports The HOPE Project, which is Taziki’s signature charity. They work with local programs and were fortunate enough to hire Andreas, their very own HOPE employee. Andreas’ signature move is making people smile in the dining room. We celebrate Andreas’ ABILITIES and spotlight him this month for Disabilities Employment Awareness Month!

If you are visiting or live in the Dallas Texas area, be sure to check out the Southlake or Plano locations -- and say hey to Olivia, JW, and their team!
