Carlos is being recognized by his supervisors for always having a great attitude. He never seems to be overwhelmed or in a bad mood. With many years of Taziki’s experience, he is now training new Taziki’s leadership at his store. Carlos is not only achieving, but surpassing the goals set for himself, his store, and his team!

Carlos says that being recognized as the Manager of the Month gives him a boost of energy! He is very appreciative of the recognition and believes that it helps with overall morale of the entire team.

“My favorite part of the job is the time of the day when it is not the normal rush. I usually have less staff due to it not being the rush period, but we are still very busy. I just love the hustle and bustle of this period and believe that I work best under pressure”. — Carlos
Carlos has been with Tazikis since 2011. He began as a cashier and worked his way up to General Manager.
Carlos’ favorite part of the Taziki’s culture values is “Connection”. It is the most meaningful value to him. The connections he has made along his career path, specifically with our founder, Keith, and our CEO, Dan, is why he has stayed with Taziki’s for so long. He believes the time the organization has invested not only into him, but into those around him is what makes Taziki’s such a great company to work for.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Outside of work, Carlos loves to travel. Every year he goes to a new country - something he has been doing since 2009. So far, his favorite country he has visited is Scotland. Carlos loves that the people there are so friendly. It was a truly amazing experience.
