Taziki’s Manager of the Month - December 2023
Shayna is being recognized for her desire and ability to grow the Innsbrook team and the entire Richmond market. Her work over the last few months has been amazing. She is the smiling face that the community has come to love.
Shayna says being recognized as the December manager of the month is such an honor. She appreciates that the people she admires the most and looks to for guidance are the ones recognizing her. This gives her a great sense of accomplishment and encourages her to forge ahead. Shayna has been with Taziki’s for a year and a half and is excited to see what the next year holds!

Day to day at Innsbrook
Shayna created a Family Fun Night for guests that occurs one evening every week at the Innsbrook restaurant. The staff sets up games for children to enjoy while they wait on their food to arrive at the table. Families have loved these weekly events! Shayna also recently partnered with the Autism Society in Richmond and took part in their annual Halloween Trunk or Treat. It was a wonderful event that she hopes to participate in next year.
Shayna’s favorite part of the work culture is the Taziki’s value of Connection and Collaboration. She appreciates that the company strives to include everyone and encourages all to openly collaborate on processes and procedures. Company leadership is focused on the staff’s personal development which presents opportunities to connect with others in different roles. Shayna believes that Taziki's gives you all the tools and opportunities you need to grow.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Outside of work, Shayna loves to explore nature with her husband and give her three children new experiences. She is also working to restore her dad’s classic 1979 Chevrolet K10 pickup truck - cool!
