Carol Salas
Welcome, Acknowledge and Appreciate
Hailing from one of our Nashville stores, Carol Salas is a shining example of what it means to create connections at Taziki's. She is not only dedicated to her role but also to making every person who walks through our doors feel welcomed, acknowledged and appreciated.
In Carol's own words, "Our (Taziki's) value of Create Connection means making it known that those who enter our doors are welcomed, acknowledged and appreciated. I am beyond proud to be representing something so wholesome." Carol’s commitment to embodying this value is evident in the way she brightens the day of everyone she meets.
Eren Villa
Foster Community Connections
Eren Villa, one of our team members in Atlanta, goes above and beyond to create connections with our guests and his community. When he's not serving delicious meals at Taziki's, he's an avid participant in the Mixed Martial Arts community. Eren says, "Creating connection means making our guests think of Taziki’s when they want a fresh, delicious meal. “I feel happy when I am able to make connections with the community in and outside of work.“
Eren's passion for fostering connections extends beyond the walls of our restaurant. He exemplifies how building strong community ties is a crucial aspect of living our core value of "Create Connection.”
Gracie Richard
Invest in People
Gracie Richard, our outdoor and travel enthusiast from Birmingham, personifies what it means to bring connection to the workplace. She believes that "creating connections requires intentionally taking the time to create relationships and invest in people around you every day. It means going the extra mile and celebrating everyone whether they be guests or coworkers. It means to truly value people and make them feel cared for."
Gracie's dedication to creating meaningful relationships with both guests and coworkers reflects her deep commitment to our core value. Her warmth and enthusiasm enrich our Taziki's family.
