Taziki’s Gift Card Giveaway
Official Rules
1. Sponsor: Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe
2. Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents aged 19 or older at the time of entry. Void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, the influencers (@[Influencer1], @[Influencer2], @[Influencer3]), and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Entry Period: Each of the three contests begins September 20, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST. Each influencer will have a different end date. See their Instagram accounts for exact day but each will end at 11:59 PM CST of the specified day.
4. How to Enter: Each influencer will be running a separate contest. To enter a specific contest, during the Entry Period: (a) like the official giveaway post by the respective influencer, and (b) follow @Tazikis and the respective influencer’s account. For bonus entries in that contest: (c) share the influencer’s giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @Tazikis for +1 entry per prize, and (d) tag friends in the comments of the influencer’s giveaway post, with each tagged friend counting as +1 entry per prize (unlimited tags). Entries are not transferable between contests. All entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.
5. Prizes: Each contest awards: One (1) Taziki’s Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $500); One (1) Amazon Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $500). Total ARV per contest: $1,000. Total ARV across all three contests: $3,000. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: For each contest, two winners (one per prize) will be selected via random drawing about 5-7 days after the posted end date, from all eligible entries for that specific contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per contest. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM from @Tazikis within 6-10 days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, providing their full name, email and mailing address. Failure to respond or ineligibility will result in selection of an alternate winner for that contest.
7. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes. For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners must provide a completed W-9 form for IRS reporting, though no prize in this giveaway exceeds this threshold.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the influencers participating in this giveaway, Instagram, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other errors beyond their control.
9. Privacy: Entry information (e.g., Instagram handle) may be used by Sponsor for giveaway administration and marketing purposes, subject to Taziki’s Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any or all contests if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair their integrity. Fraudulent entries (e.g., bot accounts) will be disqualified. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
11. Instagram Disclaimer: These contests are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
12. Disputes: Governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Winner List: For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, Attn: Mega Giveaway Winner List, 301 18th St S, Birmingham, AL 35233, by December 1, 2025.
