A Note From Our Founder

Greetings! 

I hope everyone is gearing up for the Holidays with Thanksgiving coming up. Throughout the year, Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays. As a child, I remember getting up early to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, going outside to play football, waiting patiently for my mom’s turkey and dressing, and then ending the day sitting down at a table surrounded by family. My mom’s dressing was definitely the highlight of the holiday and if we were lucky, we had leftovers!  

As I have grown and now have a family of my own, times are a little different. While we still try to catch the parade, our tradition now consists of congregating at my Dad’s house to watch football and enjoy dinner around a table. I must admit, without my Mom and her dressing, Thanksgiving is just not the same. We continue to create our own memories, which I hope my children will appreciate someday and continue to carry in their family.
